Santos Trailhead – Ocala, FL

Welcome to Florida’s most iconic MTB destination. Santos, part of the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway, boasts over 80 miles of singletrack for all skill levels. Built in a former quarry and maintained by the Ocala Mountain Bike Association (OMBA), these trails deliver flowy green loops, rocky climbs, and expert-only drops. In 2006, Santos was named an IMBA “Epic Ride”—a rare honor that still stands today. Whether you’re a weekend cruiser or a diehard shredder, Santos is a must-ride.

Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway – Central FL

Originally planned as a barge canal, the Greenway is now one of Florida’s most celebrated outdoor corridors—stretching 110 miles from the Gulf of Mexico to the St. Johns River. It protects over 70,000 acres of land and includes 300+ miles of multi-use trails for biking, hiking, paddling, and horseback riding. This stretch of land is also a vital wildlife corridor and home to Florida’s first land bridge over an interstate. Santos sits at the heart of it all, but the Greenway is a destination all its own.

San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park – Alachua, FL

San Felasco offers 20 miles of mountain biking trails through one of Florida’s few remaining mature forests. This park blends history and nature—once home to Native American settlements and later Spanish missions. The trails are smooth and scenic, winding through hardwoods, springs, and gently rolling terrain.
